His professional experience encompasses over 25 years of providing assurance and audit-related services to various industries, including software companies, large government agencies and financial institutions as well as entertainment companies, online retailers, application service providers and more.

When Jeff is not tending to his executive duties for the Firm as Managing Member, he oversees assurance services for various industries and provides meaningful insight to help implement best practices for clientele.

Jeff is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, serving on the IT/Public Key Infrastructure Task Force, the SysTrust/WebTrust Committee, the IT Executive Committee and on the Board of Examinations for the IT Audit School.  He has authored several security/privacy articles for IBM, CCH, CIO Magazine and the Journal of Accountancy and was the recipient of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants “Innovative User of Technology” Award.

Jeff holds a B.S. in business administration – accounting from Southeast Missouri State University.
